PURPOSE: To simply bond a film coated with a heat-weldable adhesive to the surface of a container with good workability, by providing a transmission part and the drive motor thereof to the joint part of a plurality of arm parts and elastically providing heat conductors to the leading ends of the arm parts through springs and providing the control part of the motor.

CONSTITUTION: A container C having a film D fixed thereto temporarily is set to the setting part 4 of a base plate 3. Next, a keyboard part 16 is operated to heat a heat conductor 21 and a motor 12 is driven. Whereupon, the heat conductor 21 is pressed to the film D by the spring force of a spring 22 and slides along the inner surface of the container C while melts the adhesive applied to the film D and the film D is bonded to the inner surface of the container D. Drive parts 2 are two and, therefore, bonding work is performed by one drive part 2 and, thereafter, the other drive part 2 is driven to perform bonding work and, by both drive parts, the film is bonded to the bottom surface and inside wall surface of the container C. By this method, the film D can be bonded to the surface of the container C made of a foamed resin with good workability.
