Abstract:
To remove drug-containing liquid remaining in a through-hole after printing, in a film preparation manufacturing device for printing dots of drug-containing liquid by pressing a base material film to a drum in which through-holes are formed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device includes: a drum 34 formed with through-holes; drug-containing liquid supply means 35; a squeegee 36; a press roller 38; an air spraying part 50 provided outside the drum 34 to spray air to the through-holes; and a recovery part 60 provided inside the drum 34 to receive the removed drug-containing liquid. After the end of printing, the air spraying part 50 jets air while rotating the drum 34 at low speed. The recovery part 60 recovers the drug-containing liquid removed from the through-holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
