To provide a film processing apparatus which controls a meander and a jamming of a photographic film carried by a carrier unit and sends the photographic film to a film scanner properly.
In the carrier unit FC to carry the photographic film to be discharged from a film processor FS to the film scanner FS, a checker C constituted in a manner capable of displacing between a receiving position to press and hold a tip portion of the photographic film and a delivery position to send the tip portion position to the film scanner FS is set. When the checker C is in the delivery position, a film width controlling guide 8 to intrude into a carrier path A at an upper stream side of the checker C and to guide the photographic film from a wide direction is attached to the checker C.
