To facilitate developing, fixing, washing, waterdrop minimizing and drying by performing the developing, the fixing, the washing, the watermark minimizing and drying in a state where black-and-white film is wound round.

By holding a cartridge in which film is contained and setting a film joint upward so that the film may not be superposed, the film is wound round the rolling device while it is somewhat obliquely set. When winding is finished, the last part of the film is cut off from the cartridge with scissors, and the small bent side of the device is hooked on the hole of the film and the large bent side thereof is hooked on an implanted fitting in the same manner as before. The rolling device is put in developer and then taken up so as to confirm the progressing state of the developing, that is, whether the film is not superposed. In the case the developing is good, the film is put in fixing solution as it is. Furthermore, when the fixing is finished, the film is washed well and put in waterdrop minimizing liquid. Thereafter, the rolling device is hung by a wire bent inside and dried.
