To easily and certainly separate a film by a roller simple in constitution by constituting a roller group with rollers with grooves arranged in parallel in the travelling direction included in it and travelling the rollers with the grooves by inclining them so that rotational central shafts are in parallel with each other and come to be at an angle larger than a right angle against the travelling direction on the film.

Support blocks 16A, 18A are erected on separate moving plates 24, 26, and support plates 24A, 26A are installed. The moving plates 24, 26 are arranged separately on a rail 30 arranged to be in parallel with an end edge 12A on a base 28. A roller with a groove 20 forming a roller installation surface of the support block 16A so as to be larger by a slight angle θ than 90° on a film 12 of the support block 16A against the travelling direction along the rail 30 is installed so that a rotational central shaft is orthogonal with the roller installation surface. Consequently, it is possible to easily peel the end edge 12A of the film 12 from a base board 14.
