To provide a film or sheet using a coating resin composition preventing various dirt from sticking to the surface over a long term, facilitating removal of stuck dirt, and enhancing quality of appearance.

In the film or sheet having a laminated constitution on one side of a plastic film (α) the outermost layer is formed of the coating resin composition (1) consisting of a polymer (A) comprising a monomer having a polyorganosiloxane chain and a monomer having a cross-linking functional group, a polymer (B) having a cross-linking functional group, and a crosslinking agent; and (β) an interlayer is formed of a resin composition (2) comprising the polymer (B), the crosslinking agent, and a filler (C).
