The film delivery device 130 includes a delivery side guide surface of the other side face of the film U-shaped portion, and a delivery side suction portion 131 for sucking the other side face. The feeding side suction portion includes a downstream side suction portion facing the delivery side suction portion 131, and an upstream side suction portion bulged to a film conveying direction upstream side more than the delivery side suction portion 131.
