To obtain a film excellent in transparency, adaptability for packaging machine, package finishing, cutting properties, heat sealing properties, sticking strength by forming a base material layer out of a specified polypropylene resin, hydrogenated resins, etc., forming a surface layer out of a specified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and making a crystal orientation coefficient a specified value.
A base material layer is formed of a composition of 90-20 wt.% of a polypropylene resin which is formed from a polypropylene component and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and has characteristics of 10-40 mole % of an ethylene content, 4-16 of weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight, and 20-53 wt.% (below 20°C), 20-75 wt.% (100°C or above) 5-50 wt.% of an eluted component, 5-40 wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene resin, and 5-40 wt.% of a hydrogenated resins, and both surface layers are formed from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of 5-20 wt.% of a monomer content based on vinyl acetate, and the crystal orientation coefficient in the extrusion direction by the X-ray diffraction method of a laminated film is made 0.25 or below.
