Title:
FILM FOR SURFACE PROTECTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009196334
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a film for surface protection in which fish eyes are very few, transparency is excellent, and which is made of a propylene resin suitable as a film for surface protection improved under the control of an exfoliation force and sending-out performance.

In the film for the surface protection in which an adhesive layer is formed on one surface of a base layer made of the propylene resin and an exfoliation processing layer is formed on the other surface, the propylene resin of the base layer is polymerized by using a metallocene catalyst, and is a propylene single polymer having a specific MFR, a peak melting temperature, a molecular weight distribution, and a TREF value or a propylene--olefin random copolymer, the adhesive layer is polymerized by using the metallocene catalyst, and is a layer containing an ethylene--olefin copolymer having a specific density, the TREF value, a molecular weight distribution as a principal component, and the exfoliation treating layer is a layer formed of a silicone or a long-chain alkyl exfoliation treating agent.
