To provide a film tag which is hardly peeled irrespective of the kind of an object with the film tag being affixed thereto, but easily peeled off when the film tag is peeled off therefrom, and applicable to applications such as a copier and a FAX machine.

In the film tag for printing an electronic photo, a portion (a) on which any adhesive (B) is not coated is provided at least on one end of a single side of a base material (A) consisting of a polyester film having the thickness of 12-50 μm, and a re-affixable and re-peelable adhesive (B) is coated on the other portion (b) of one side of the base material (A).
