A film storage device (107) is disposed vertically above a film transfer cylinder (20), and an unwinder device (18) and a rewinder device (19) are disposed vertically above the film storage device (107). The unwinder device (18) and rewinder device (19) are disposed to vertically align with each other. This arrangement enables the large-diameter unwinding reel (17a) and a rewinding reel (17b) to be mounted from above the film transfer apparatus (5). Also, operation spaces on the front and rear sides of the unwinder device (18) and rewinder device (19) can be ensured.
