Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in quality of transfer arising from slippage in the breadthwise direction of transfer material patterns on a transfer film.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with an unwiding shaft 8 that unwinds a transfer film 15 having transfer patterns applied or printed on one side thereof, a take-up shaft 6 that winds up the transfer film 15, guide rollers 14a and 14b that guide the transfer film 15 to a transfer position, and a transfer roller 10 that moves in rotary motion for pressing the transfer film 15 against a work 1 and transfers transfer material patterns 16 onto the work 1. Furthermore, a film reference point detecting device 7a for detecting positions of the transfer material patterns 16 and a film position correcting device that corrects positions in the breadthwise direction for the transfer film 15, based on the detected information regarding the positions of the transfer material patterns, are provided.
