PURPOSE: To safely replace a filter by providing a bucket which is lined with a vinyl sheet, a casing in which a new and an old filters are temporarily stored, a filter moving means and a vinyl sheet welding means.
CONSTITUTION: A bucket 160 contains a new and an old filters 9 through a filter inlet and outlet 161 and is lined with a vinyl sheet 162 along the inwall thereof. A casing 101 temporarily stores the filters 9 in the condition isolated from the outside. A filter moving means moves the filters 9 in a casing 101 and a filter unit. A bucket side cap 141 covers an outlet and an inlet of the unit side from the inside of the casing 101 and is covered with another vinyl sheet 163 on the outer face thereof. A pulling means draws in the casing 101 without interfering with the filter moving means. A welding means 165 welds the mating face of two vinyl sheets 162, 163. Therefore, a old packed and welded filter 9 is taken out, and a new filter 9 is inserted in the filter unit.
