Abstract:
To provide a technique that can firmly fit a filter member to a holding member, and can easily perform a fitting work for fitting the filter member to the holding member.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a filter. The filter comprises a filter member which has a substantially cylindrical shape and is elastically deformable in a radial direction, a holding member which includes a holding part having a substantially columnar shape and to which the filter member is fitted, and a flow channel through a fluid passes, and may comprise a flow channel member fixed to the holding member. An outermost diameter of the holding part may be larger than an inner diameter of the filter member during unloading. When the filter member is fitted to the holding member, an inner peripheral surface of the filter member and an outer peripheral surface of the holding part may partially contact each other, and the remainders may not contact. When the filter member is fitted to the holding member, the flow channel may open in the filter member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
