Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate clogging easily and to be durable in long term use by forming the inside of a filter main body in which needle-shaped projections are formed in a fixed plate to make paste-like slurry sent from a pressure passage advance from the tips of the projections toward the fixed plate. SOLUTION: A filter main body F in which needle-shaped projections 2 are formed at mutually parallel regular intervals on a fixed plate 1 is moved at a position adjacent to the opening end of a slurry supply passage 10 by a driving apparatus 6, with a foreign matter removing plate 3 moved by a removing apparatus 4 to be contacted with the fixed plate 1 of the main body F, the supply of paste-like slurry 8 is started, and the slurry 8 is introduced toward the plate 1 and the plate 3 into the main body F. Foreign matter in the slurry 8 is caught in turn by the sharp tip parts of the projections 2 in the vicinity of the open end of the main body F, reaches the plate 3, and is retained. During the time, the slurry moves in the peripheral direction of the main body F, is pushed outside, falls into a recovery container 5, and is recovered.
