The housing 1 having a filter housing part 4 is formed by separably fitting the first casing 2 provided with the metal filter 9 constituted by fixing a metal-made mesh structure 11 at the outer periphery of a metal-made hub 10 and having the first pressurizing surface 21 and the second casing 3 having the second pressurizing surface 22 is formed, and the first and the second pressurizing surfaces 21 and 22 are fitted so that the distance of the first and the second pressurizing surfaces 21 and 22 may be regulated in accordance with the number of the metal filter sheets to be stacked at its inside. In this way, in the case when the number of the metal filter sheets 9 in increased and decreased in accordance with filtering capacity, the hub 10 of the metal filter 9 can be held in a stable state between the first and the second pressurizing surfaces 21 and 22 by using the common housing 1.
