Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove bubbles contained in liquid and prevent the removed bubbles from being discharged into a liquid tank.SOLUTION: A filter device causes a swirl flow by flowing liquid into a filter case from a tangential direction in an optional point at a side face of a filter case and removes bubbles from liquid by holding the bubbles collected in the center of the swirl flow by a holding plate. A filter element filters the liquid from which the bubbles have been removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
