PURPOSE: To solve the bending problem of a filter material and to effectively utilize space by allowing air inflow chambers and air outflow chambers to be adjacent to each other through filter materials and making an air inflow direction and an air outlow direction vertical.
CONSTITUTION: Air inflow chambers 29 and air outflow chambers 31 are allowed to be adjacent to each other through sheet like filter materials 23 laminated so as to provide intervals therebetween. The chambers 29 are opened at the edges of the materials 23 on an inflow side and the chambers 31 are opened at the edges of the materials 23 on the side vertical to the edges of the material 23 on the inflow side. That is, filtered air is allowed to flow in the chambers 29 from the openings 27 thereof to pass through the filter materials 23 to enter the chamber 31 adjacent to the chambers 29 to be allowed to flow out of the openings 33 of the chambers 31. As a result, the bending problem of the filter materials is solved and space can be effectively utilized.
