Abstract:
To make extremely easily manufacturable a filter such as a photocatalytic filter and to provide an economical filter.
A large number of cuttings 13 are alternately formed in steps in a substrate 11 of a synthetic resin sheet or a nonwoven fabric sheet impregnated with and bearing at least any one of an adsorbent such as a zeolite and activated carbon, titanium oxide, and a chemical agent additive and then the substrate 11 is pulled in the direction at right angles to the direction of the cuttings 13 to open the respective cuttings 13 as to be diamond shapes to be air ventilation holes 18.
