This filter is formed of a material excellent in water permeability and fine refuse arresting property, for example, a fine-meshed thin net according to the shape of the catch basin to which the filter is to be installed. Also, in the filter, an edge is formed integrally with the peripheral edge part of the net by using a material excellent in adsorbing property, for example, a silicone rubber.
