To provide an ultrasonic device capable of solving clogging by aiming at washing effect by cavitation phenomenon of ultrasonic wave and vibrating a filter itself by directly imparting ultrasonic vibration to the filter of a filtration unit installed in a pipe.

In the filtration unit for performing filtration of a liquid between an inner side and an outer side of the filtration surface by the filter 1 made of metal and formed to a cylindrical shape, a tip end of a horn 8 provided with an ultrasonic vibration element 13 is bonded to plates 2, 2' bonded to both end in order to support both ends of the filter 1 and the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the filter 1. Thereby, the filter 1 is washed or/and filtration efficiency of the filter is enhanced.
