Abstract:
To solve a problem of a conventional filtering technology of using a registered NG word and URL wherein "Omission in filtering" arises as a result and a sound Web site may also be filtered as a result.
A harmful Web site used as a model of comparison is previously prepared, and the similarity between the content of the Web site and the content of the Web site collected by a crawler is determined synthetically using "load result of appearance frequency of a word resulting from morpheme analysis of both Web documents". This filtering device has a function of automatically creating a reference database for harmful/harmless determination of the Web site according to the determination result.
