Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely clean and reproduce a filter material with a small quantity of cleaning water by installing a flowing down path for the filter material between an upper part aperture of a treatment tank and a filtered liquid chamber in the lower part of a filter layer and installing a filter transporting apparatus and a filter cleaning apparatus in the flowing down path.
CONSTITUTION: A floating filter material 2 which captures foreign matter in raw water and is therefore choked goes up by supplying raw water still more and finally flows over to a flowing-down path 6 from an upper part aperture of a treatment tank 1. Meanwhile, at the same time, the floating filter material 2 which flows over to the flowing-down path 6 is drawn by a screw conveyer 8 by driving the screw conveyer 8 and a pump 12, flows down in the flowing-down path 6, and is cleaned with cleaning water from a cleaning nozzle 7 in the middle of the way. In this way, the floating filter material 2 which is cleaned primarily is transported to a treatment tank 1 by the screw conveyer 8 and then whose water content is discharged to a clearing cylinder 9 from a rising up part of the cylinder. The filter material 2 is cleaned secondarily with filtered liquid which flows in the cleaning cylinder 9 by opening a valve 10.
