Abstract:
To appropriately suppress the collapse of a filter medium, to attain a simple configuration not provided with a filter member or the like, and to prevent protozoa or the like from intruding the filter medium.
The water cleaning cartridge 10 has a cylindrical filter medium 1 composed of activated carbon for filtering raw water, and is provided with the filtration member 3 having an organic polymer material layer 2 which is composed by attaching a fibrous organic polymer material to the entire surface of the outer periphery of the filter medium 1 and capable of distributing the raw water.
