Abstract:
To provide a finder wherein the ridgeline of a pentaprism or a pentagonal mirror hardly appear in an observation field.
Regarding the finder for observing an observation image formed on a focusing screen 11 through the pentaprism 21 and a magnifier 31, the pentaprism 21 is shifted from the focusing screen 11 so that light on an optical axis O passing through the center 11c of the focusing screen 11 may not be made incident on the ridgeline 23c being the boundary of the roof surfaces 23a and 23b of the pentaprism 21.
