Abstract:
To provide fine cellulose fibers exhibiting a balanced fiber distribution with excellent water retention, dispersibility and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided fine cellulose fibers having an average fiber diameter of 500 nm or more. In a permeability test in which a 0.05 mass% aqueous dispersion of the fine cellulose fibers is allowed to stand at 33°C/standard atmospheric pressure for 24 hours (wavelength 880 mm), the initial permeability change R1 is 3% or more and 70% or less, and the permeability change R2 after standing for 24 hours is 5% or more and 80% or less, and R3 expressed by the ratio of R1 and R2 is 50% or more and 95% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
