Abstract:
PURPOSE: To intensively clean textile fibers by conveying a fiber bat along a separating blade under the influence of the centrifugal force after drawing the fiber bat between the take over point of an opening roller and a clamping point of a fiber bat feeder.
CONSTITUTION: The centrifugal force is applied to the fiber bat while conveying by the tooth 24.1 of the opening roller after drawing the fiber bat between the clamping point of the fiber bat feeder and the take over point of the opening roller 24. The fiber bat is transported along the separating blades 49.1 and 49.2 under the influence of the centrifugal force and an outer layer is separated.
