Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fine emulsion composition high in safety and stability even under a low viscosity or an acidic region, and capable of stably adding salts thereto.
SOLUTION: This fine emulsion composition having 10-300nm mean particle diameter is obtained by blending (A) a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, (B) a 10-22C 2-hydroxy fatty acid, (C) an oil and (D) water by the weight ratios of ≤2.0 (A) to (C) and ≤0.5 (B) to (C). As a component (A), it is preferable to use a compound having 7-15HLB and a high molecular weight. The emulsion is low in skin stimulating property and has an acid resistance, and since it has a high salt resistance, salts or a component containing a high salt content can be stably blended.
