To form continuous clearances between inorganic aggregate by executing concrete surface work through cement paste or cement mortar with the mixture of inorganic aggregates and binder on the whole surface of a film impregnated or inorganic aggregate to binder impregnated.
A fine grain inorganic aggregate impregnating sheet 1 is impregnated by adhering inorganic aggregate 3 on the whole surface of a film 2, or by applying mold releasing agent 5 on the whole surface of a film 2 and then adhering the inorganic aggregate 3 on the film 2 with binder, or by printing a pattern 5A with a specified thickness by a gravure printing press on the whole surface of a film 2 and then adhering the inorganic aggregate 3 on the film 2 with binder. At this point, for inorganic aggregate 3, one or two of natural stones, colored stones, ceramics and oxide alumina with a grading of 0.1 to 1.0mm are used. Air clearances 6 are made in the surface of the aggregates 3. Through such operation, work execution properties are improved and even if mortar enters the clearance 6, adhesive strength increases, improving the durability of concrete surface.
