Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for manufacturing high quality fine particles with good yield by effectively preventing a droplet from adhering to a wall surface in a heating furnace in a spray pyrolysis method.SOLUTION: There is provided a spray pyrolysis fine particle manufacturing device having a heating furnace with a furnace core tube and a heating source on an outer periphery thereof, a nozzle for spraying raw material solution at an upper part of the furnace core tube, and a fine particle recovery device at a lower part of the furnace core tube, in which an air introduction port is arranged between the furnace core tube at an upper part of the heating furnace and the heating source, an area that the droplet sprayed from the nozzle reaches to a wall of the furnace core tube in the furnace core tube is made of porous sintered alumina, and the fine particle recovery device at the lower part of the furnace core tube is a fine particle recovery device providing negative pressure in the furnace core tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
