Abstract:

To provide a fine pattern forming method in which an unnecessary left ink coated film is not generated on a blanket in a method for forming fine printing pattern in which the ink coated film is formed on the blanket and the desired pixel pattern are formed on the blanket by a coated film removing plate and a forming device used for the same.

A coating liquid is coated on a coating roller, the coated film is formed, the coated film for pixels having a width required for the pixel pattern is transferred from the coated film on the coating roller onto the blanket of the blanket roller, then residual coated film is removed from the coated film for the pixels using a coated film removing plate in which reversed pattern having boss parts opposite to the desired pixel patterns is formed, the desired pixel pattern is formed on the blanket, the pixel pattern on the blanket is transferred onto a substrate, and thereby the problem is solved.
