Abstract:
To provide fine and ultrafine metal powders which has a span being one of the measures specifying the particle size distribution below a specific value, and has high crystallinity.
The fine and ultrafine metal powders has controlled particle size distribution such that span defined by expression 1 and being one of the measures specifying a particle size distribution is 3.3 or less, wherein, in the expression 1, D90 shows a mean diameter (μm) of 90% of copper or nickel powders, D10 shows a mean diameter (μm) of 10% of the copper or nickel powders, and D50 shows a mean diameter (μm) of 50% of the copper or nickel powders.
