Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible the measurement of outside diameters with Fraunhofer diffractions while drawing a fine wire by bisecting the diffracted light from the fine wire and measuring the outside diameter of the fine wire from the difference in the diffracted rays of mutually symmetrical degrees.
