Title:
FINE WORKING AND APPARATUS THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60255341
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To permit the finishing work with high accuracy by installing an urging member for providing revolution energy for a spindle and installing a driving source which can freely cut-off the supply of the revolution energy to the urging member, in a fine working means.

CONSTITUTION: When a motor 27 is driven, with the clutch apparatus 31 of a machine tool 1 for fine machining in turned-ON state, a spindle 13 is revolved through a rotary shaft 21 and the apparatus 31. Further, an urging member 17 integrally revolves with the spindle member 13, and revolution energy is stored. After the urging member 17 is applied with the sufficient revolution energy, the apparatus 31 is cut-off, and the motor 27 is stopped, and only the spindle 13 revolves, and the state where vibration is exceedingly reduced is formed. Since a workpiece W is finishing-worked when the spindle 13 is in revolution state due to the inertia of the urging member 17, the work with high precision can be carried-out in the state where vibration is exceedingly reduced.
