There are provided a burner inner cylinder 1, a burner outer cylinder 3 arranged to coaxially freely fit to the outside of the burner inner cylinder 1, a burner nozzle 4 arranged coaxilally freely to fit the outside of a tip end of the burner inner cylinder 1 and having its base end mounted on a tip end of the burner outer cylinder 3, and a separation cylinder 5 mounted internally coaxially at a predetermined interval with respect to an inner peripheral surface of the burner nozzle 4, and arranged freely to fit to the tip end of the burner inner cylinder 1. A diameter reducing part 24 is formed on the burner inner cylinder 1 which reduces in its outer diameter from an intermediate part up to the neighborhood of the base end of the separation cylinder 5, and a small diameter part 25 having a smaller outer diameter than the base end part is formed on the tip end side of the diameter reducing part 24. A radial interval between the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter part 25 and the inner peripheral surface of the separation cylinder 5 is made substantially equal to a radial interval between the outer peripheral surface of the separation cylinder 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the burner nozzle 4.
