To provide a finger pinch preventive hinge which secures a gap X for protecting the finger from being pinched between a hinged door A and a door frame B when the hinged door A is closed to door frame B, and inhibits the hinged door from further turning, to thereby avoid an incident of finger pinch between the hinged door A and the frame B.
According to the structure of the finger pinch preventive hinge, an intermediate hinge body 1 has two right and left hinge shafts 1a', 1a formed thereon, which are then held on right and left sides with arched guide members 2a', 2a of two right and left hinge bodies 2', 2 to be fixed to the hinged door A and the door frame B, respectively. The intermediate hinge body 1 has a stopper 1d' formed at least at the hinged door side edge. The stopper 1d' functions to secure the gap X for protecting the finger from being pinched between the hinged door A and the frame B when the hinged door A is closed to the door frame B, and to inhibit the hinged door from further turning.
