Abstract:
To enable an application of image processing to a fingerprint image in accordance with a photographing condition upon collating fingerprints.SOLUTION: A fingerprint collation device comprises: a first image acquisition unit that acquires a first image serving as a fingerprint image having light in an oblique direction to a depth direction of a fingerprint groove photographed, of light a finger of a fingerprint photographing object reflects; a second image acquisition unit that acquires a second image serving as a fingerprint image having the light in the depth direction of the fingerprint groove photographed of the light the finger reflects; an image processing determination unit that determines at least any one of image processing to be applied to the first image and an application sequence of the image processing on the basis of at least the second image; an image processing implementation unit that applies the image processing to the first image according to the determination of the image processing determination unit; and a fingerprint collation unit that performs fingerprint collation, using the first image having the image processing applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
