Abstract:
To provide a finish processing device for automatically polishing and finishing a welding trace of spot welding.SOLUTION: A finish processing device 10 comprises a robot 20 provided with a polishing machine 40 having a grindstone 41 pressed by prescribed force from a tip side in a projection direction of a welding trace 104 to the welding trace 104 and a measurement part 30 for measuring a projection height of the welding trace 104 from a reference surface 105, and also comprises a derivation part 51 for deriving polishing time in the welding trace 104 from a measurement result of the projection height of the welding trace 104 based on a relationship established between the projection height of the welding trace 104 and polishing time required until the projection height becomes the prescribed height when pressing the grindstone 41 by prescribed force to the welding trace 104, and further comprises a control part 54 for controlling operation of the robot 20 based on the polishing time derived by the derivation part 51 when polishing the welding trace 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
