Title:
FINITE STATE MACHINE FOR PROVIDING ETSI INAP CAPABILITY SET 1
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3323817
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ESTI INAP protocol for the exchange 5ESS-2000 of an SSP for intelligent network.
SOLUTION: An finite state machine(FSM) 400 is constituted for providing an ESTI INAP ability set 1 intelligent network application protocol having a first FSM 410 and a second FSM 440 connected to the first FSM 410. The first FSM 410 performs respective transitions among states in response to input data. When the first FSM 410 is transited to a certain state, control is moved to the second FSM 440 and the second FSM 440 discriminates whether the transited state of the first FSM 410 is suitable or not. When the first FSM 410 is transited to any state excepting for the suitable state, the first FSM 410 is transited to the suitable state. For an execution example, the first FSM 410 is composed of 6 levels and the second FSM 440 is composed of 4 levels.
