Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the cutoff control of lines even for a lot of kinds of faults by turning on/off a cutoff circuit under control at the side of a receiver.
SOLUTION: When any fault occurs at a terminal such as a line 5, repeater RE or detector DE, for example, the automatic cutoff of a receiver 3 is executed. Namely, when a user inputs a desired branch line 5-1 (5-2 to 5-m) to be cutoff, under the control of a central control unit, an address signal relevant to an iscollator I1 (I2-Im) of the relevant branch line 5-1 (5-2 to 5-m) and a command signal showing switch-off are transmitted from a transmission part. When this command signal is recognized by the isolator I1 (I2-Im), a switch is turned off and the relevant branch line 5-1 (5-2 to 5-m) is cutoff from a system.
