PURPOSE: To provide the fire alarm receiver which can easily replace a voltage presence output circuit with a voltage absence output circuit without adding any extra circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The fire alarm receiver 1 is provided with a fire alarm receiving circuit part 2 which is connected to a monitor line where fire sensors are connected and provided with fire relays RY1-RYn corresponding to the fire sensors, and an alarm output part 3 provided corresponding to the relays; and the alarm output part 3 is provided with a common terminal BC and plural contact output terminals B1-Bn corresponding to fire relays RY1-RYn connected to a driving power source through a 1st connection part J1. On the output side of the 1st connection part J1, the contact output terminal BD of a fire confirmation relay is provided through a 2nd connection part J2.
