To shorten delay time of information transmission while reducing power consumption of a fire alarm.
When a transmission error occurs and reception of a radio signal is not successful, a control part 1 determines whether the number F of times of failing in reception reaches the defined number of times set beforehand after incrementing a value of the number F of times of failing in reception, rechecks radio waves unless reaching the defined number of times, and stops a radio transmitting and receiving part 2 if reaching the defined number of times. Since a reception operation successively continues without stopping the radio transmitting and receiving part 2 when failing in receiving the radio signal in this way, it is possible to shorten a time until the radio signal can be normally received in comparison with the case when the radio transmitting and receiving part 2 is stopped until an intermittent receiving interval passes again, that is, a delay time of information transmission while reducing the power consumption of a fire alarm TR by intermittent reception.
