PURPOSE: To only enable the local acoustic device at a place where is considered to become dangerous to ring so that an appropriate counter measure can be taken by generating the 1st alarming signal and, when a fire confirmation switch is operated, driving the local acoustic devices corresponding to the area to which the 1st alarm signal is issued when a two-signal system is used.
CONSTITUTION: The fire alarm is constituted of a fire receiver 1 which monitors fires from a center, transmission lines 5 and 6 extended to each area to be monitored, plural analog fire detectors 2, control terminals 3, and local bells (local acoustic devices) 4 which are respectively driven by the electric power supplied from the control terminals 3 through control lines 7. When a two-signal system is used, prescribed acoustic devices 4 corresponding to an area to which the 1st alarm signal is issued are actuated in an interlocking way even in a preliminary warning state in case the occurrence of a fire is confirmed and a fire confirming switch is pressed. Therefore, the bells installed to unnecessary places are not actuated and the occurrence of disorder can be prevented as compared with the conventional example where all bells provided in a building are actuated.
