Abstract:
To provide a fire damper which enables a dimension of an opening of a duct to be arbitrarily selected without being subject to limitations by a thickness of a floor slab.SOLUTION: A fire damper 10 according to the invention includes: a steel plate 12 which is provided so as to be slidable in a horizontal direction between a position where the steel plate 12 opens the upper side of a floor slab penetration portion 6a of a duct 6 and a position where the steel plate 12 closes the upper side of the floor slab penetration portion 6a; a thermal fuse 13 which is provided so as to hold the steel plate 12 at a position such that the steel plate 12 opens the upper side of the floor slab penetration portion 6a of the duct 6; and biasing means 14 which biases the steel plate 12 in a direction such that the steel plate 12 closes the upper side of the floor slab penetration portion 6a of the duct 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
