To provide a theft preventive effect, and announce the occurrence of a fire to neighbors by generation of a warning sound by arranging a means for making the warning sound at a bottom part when removing a fire extinguisher in an installation tool of a small fire extinguisher arranged on stairs of an apartment house or the like.

A load receiving part 4 is arranged in a bottom part 6 of a base body 3 of an installation tool 2, and when a fire extinguisher 1 exists in the installation tool 2, weight of the fire extinguisher 1 is applied to the load receiving part 4, and a mandrel 10 is lowered, so that an electrode plate 12 and an electrode plate 13 separate from each other. While, when removing the fire extinguisher 1 from the installation tool 2, the load receiving part 4 is pushed up by a spring 11 wound round the mandrel 10, so that the electrode plates 12, 13 contact with each other. An electric current flows to an alarm unit 20 via wiring from a dry battery 19 to generate a warning sound to thereby prevent a theft as well as to lead to detection of mischief and an overturning preventive accident. When used in a fire, there is an effect of informing neighbors of the occurrence of the fire.
