PURPOSE: To enable the easy fire extinguishment of a high place by applying the formed gas from an explosion means to liquid and injecting the liquid as a columnar liquid from the muzzle to a high-rise building, thereby extinguishing the fire.

CONSTITUTION: The gun barrel 11 having the muzzle 11a and a freely bendable juncture 11b is integrally formed in a container 10 housing water and the upper part of this container 10 is provided with the explosion means 12. The liquid 13 is housed in the container 10. The liquid 13 is supplied from a liquid feed pipe 15 having an injection valve 14 formed integrally in the upper part of the container. A partition plate 22 is provided at the bottom end of the case of the explosion means 12 to partition the liquid 13 and explosives 20 with this partition plate 22. The partition plate 22 is splashed by the formed gas generated and the liquid 13 is pushed out by the pressing force of the formed gas when the explosives 20 are ignited. The columnar liquid 13a from the gun barrel 11 arrives near to the high-rise building through the muzzle 11a and the fire in the high-rise building is extinguished by the columnar liquid 13a.
