Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that clogging occurs when a powder fire extinguishing chemical is accumulated in a fire extinguishing powder chemical container, and is transferred to a spheroidized fire extinguishing powder chemical mixer having a Venturi tube part by preventing the powder from becoming entangled, and making the powder move smoothly when the fire extinguishing powder chemical is taken out.
SOLUTION: When fire extinguishment by the powder fire extinguishing chemical is performed, a fire engine equipped with a powder fire extinguishing chemical feeding device and a water press-feeding duct for fire extinguishment, or a moving means on which fire extinguishing equipment is loaded such as a truck is used. Then, the fire extinguishment is performed by jetting thus mixed water from a jetting nozzle at the distal end through a hose for fire fighting while adding/mixing the fire extinguishing powder chemical to the water press-feeding duct for fire extinguishment. As the fire extinguishing powder chemical, a spheroidized fire extinguishing powder chemical in which powder of the fire extinguishing chemical is spheroidize-processed is used.
