Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant apparatus and fire extinguisher box, even when the fire hydrant apparatus or a fire extinguisher storage part is buriedly installed in a watchman's passage, allowing a user to perform quick fire fighting without causing trouble for taking out a fire extinguisher.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant apparatus 1 according to the present invention includes: a body part 11 including a hose storage part 5 for storing a wound hose 3, and a fire extinguisher storage part 9 for storing a fire extinguisher 7; and a top plate part 13 covering a top face of the body part 11. The top plate part 13 of the fire hydrant apparatus 1 includes an opening part provided on an upper side of the fire extinguisher storage part 9, and a fire-extinguisher-storage-part upper lid member 49 for openably/closably covering the opening part. The fire extinguisher storage part 9 includes: a fire extinguisher pedestal 23 on which the fire extinguisher 7 can be placed in a standing state, and that is configured to move upward until at least a top part of the fire extinguisher 7 placed thereon is exposed from the opening part of the top plate part 13; and driving force application means 25 that applies upward-moving driving force to the fire extinguisher pedestal 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
