Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant device to enable prompt fire fighting without causing problems in taking out a hose or fire extinguisher, even if the fire hydrant device is placed to be embedded in a watchman passage.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant device 1 comprises: a box-shaped body part 11 that has an opening in a top face and comprises a hose storage 5 to store a hose 3 that is wound and laid down and a fire extinguisher storage 9 to store fire extinguishers 7 that are laid down; and a top plate part 13 covering the top face opening of the body part 11. In the fire hydrant device 1, the top plate part 13 is split in a depth direction into two, i.e., a front side top plate part 15 and a back side top plate part 17, where the front side top plate part 15 can be opened and closed with its back side edge rotatably attached to the body part 11 or back side top plate part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
