PURPOSE: To simplify the installing work and to reduce the cost by winding a heat-insulating and incombustible fireproof member on the periphery of a vertical pipe necessary to give a heat-insulation, covering with an incombustible fireproof member thereover, and then placing a concrete in fireproof partitions.
CONSTITUTION: At the periphery of the penetration part of a concrete floor which is a fireproof partition of the vertical pipe 5b to be a cool and hot water pipe, a vertical pipe 5c to be a hot water pipe, and a vertical pipe 5d to be a cool and hot water pipe, of a vertical pipe unit for construction, which are necessary to give a heat-insulation, a heat-insulating and incombustible fireproof member 12 such as a rock wool and a ceramics wool are wound penetrating permeation holes 8a provided on a floor plate for placing concrete beforehand. And after covering with an incombustible waterproof tape 13 such as an aluminum tape or an aluminum glass cloth thereover, a concrete is placed in the fireproof partitions. As a result, the labor and the cost of the process work are reduced, resulting in a low cost.
